Terms of service.

Service: Regroop is a life coaching service, therefore we do not attempt to diagnose nor provide treatment or state-regulated mental health services. Our goal is to help you assess your priorities and goals to create tailored action plans to help you achieve them.

Regroop nor its coach(es) assume responsibility for the execution of action plans discussed during the sessions. Clients are fully responsible for all of their own decisions.

Subscriptions: Recurring payments will be automatically charged at the start of each thirty (30) day billing cycle. Each billing cycle entitles you to four (4) thirty (45) minute video sessions. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be rolled over to the next month.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellations go into effect at the end of the cycle for which they are made and you will not be billed the following month.

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe.

Academic Coaching: By enrolling, parents and students agree to the coaching agreement. Sessions must be used during the specified run time of the program. Unused sessions expire at the end of the program and cannot be used at a later time. Sessions are not transferrable.

Students may be younger than 18 years of age, but no younger than 14 years old.

Scheduling: You are responsible for scheduling your sessions. Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours of their scheduled time may be forfeited.

To schedule your first session, please use the scheduling link in your “Order Receipt” email.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please use the confirmation email you received when you booked your appointment.

Technical Difficulties: Connectivity or scheduling issues may be directed to info@regroop.org.

Website: The Regroop website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Regroop. Regroop has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Regroop shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Clients are fully responsible for all decisions they make. Regroop provides coaching services and does not provide mental health services, and is not a state-regulated mental health provider.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
